Why the name Coastal MIND?
We love the coast, but there’s more to it than that. At times calm, at other times agitated, the coast epitomizes change. Like the coast, life is dynamic and often unpredictable. We know that the mind (brain) is dynamic too. At Coastal Mind we harness the amazing capabilities of the brain to enable changes that enhance well-being and fulfillment in life.
