Workshops

At Coastal MIND we develop and present educational workshops that are tailored to meet the specific needs of your company, school, support group, or charitable organization. Our workshops are informative, current, and engaging.

We welcome the opportunity to do a workshop for your group. You’re not limited by what we’ve done in the past, and many of our topics are transferable to other problems and populations. We can design a workshop that’s just right for you. Please contact us and we’d be happy to discuss how we can assist you.

Skills for Mindful Living

At Coastal MIND we appreciate the value of our professional community and trust you will benefit from accessing services beyond our scope. Deborah is the North Shore volunteer coordinator of a free lecture series: The Skills for Mindful Living. This is a public service initiative in which BCACC Registered Clinical Counsellors present educational workshops about daily life issues such as stress reduction, parenting, family and couple relationships, conflict resolution, anger management, and mindfulness. Sessions are offered at the West Vancouver Community Centre on the 4th Thursday of the month, 6-7 times each year. Interested? Learn More
